- Stacie: "What do you mean, you 'could've prevented it'?" Chloe (flustered): "I can't say how —" "I just —" "I could've." Stacie: "I call _bulls — _"
- Quiylle: "— Stacie!" "Chloe, let's say you really could have somehow prevented it. Maybe you could have. I don't know." "That'd be a heavy burden." "But — it still happened. Obsessing over what you could have done won't help." "What matters most is how you move forward."
- Chloe (flustered): "I'm not obsessing! I just — " "I'm not."
- Isidora: "You know, I think you're a centaur, dear, because it's what you want." Quiylle: "Isidora, that's not — " Chloe: "!"
- Chloe (angry): "Oh, hell no." Isidora: "Lots of people like what they've become. There's nothing wrong if you do." Quiylle: "Izzy! —"
- Chloe (edge of tears): "I don't! Why would you think that!?" Isidora (points): "Because you're not wearing pants?"
- Chloe (screaming): "Horses don't wear pants!!!" Isidora (smugly): "And what does that make you, then?"
- Chloe (fuming, storms out through the exit doors): "ARGH!!!"
